Welcome to Qimbl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qimbl platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Qimbl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Qimbl. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

For all transactions processed through Qimbl, the host is the merchant of record. This means the host is the party responsible for the sale of accommodation services. Qimbl facilitates the transaction on the host's behalf, including payment processing, but the contractual relationship for the stay is between you and the host.

When you book a property on Qimbl, you enter into an agreement with the host. Qimbl processes payments on behalf of hosts.

• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking.
• Payment is collected at the time of booking confirmation.
• Qimbl may charge a service fee in addition to the accommodation price.
• Hosts set their own prices and cancellation policies.

Hosts are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date listing information, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
• Ensuring that their property complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Honouring confirmed bookings and providing the accommodation as described.
• Communicating promptly with guests regarding any issues or changes.

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information and verifying their identity as required.
• Treating the host's property with care and respect during their stay.
• Complying with house rules set by the host and all applicable local laws.
• Communicating promptly with hosts regarding check-in, check-out, and any issues.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Create fraudulent listings, fake reviews, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Circumvent the payment system by arranging direct payments with hosts or guests outside of Qimbl.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or the platform's systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Service.

Qimbl may require users to verify their identity by providing a government-issued ID or other documentation. This is done to promote trust and safety on the platform. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in restricted access to certain features.

Cancellation terms are set by individual hosts and are displayed on each listing before you book. Qimbl's service fee may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances. Please review the host's cancellation policy carefully before confirming a booking. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

Qimbl acts as a platform connecting guests and hosts. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Qimbl is not liable for the condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any listed property.
• Qimbl is not responsible for any disputes between guests and hosts.
• Qimbl's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Qimbl in service fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Qimbl after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
